Day 6: Rabbit Valley
After two epic days, we needed a little break. We decided to do a single speed ride in Rabbit Valley. It is a beautiful area to ride, but not exactly an easy single speed ride. We rode the 3 & 4 trails. To our disappointment, the 3 trail is pretty much closed. There is an area that crosses private property. Though it has been open in the past, it is no longer so. We hiked through it to get to the other side. We won't go back until we hear that it is really open for riding.

Here's a map of our ride

The land owner wasn't liking the way the trails were eroding. I don't blame him. They were 3 feet deep in some spots. Where it was really bad, he piled rocks and rubble into the eroded trail.
