Avid Juicy 7 Tech

I recently purchased some Avid Juicy 7 brakes. I instantly needed to change the brake hose, but the manual doesn't give the information that I needed to replace the banjo fitting. I'll post up the information that I find and will use this as a tech page for the Avid Juicy 7s.

Here's my current problem. This is the only documentation that I've got on the Juicy 7 banjo fitting. There is no documentation on how this attaches. Is it press fit? Is it single-use? Where can I get parts?
